| Anyone have a link to the Spartan Week 3 video? I'm going to have to sub some exercises since I don't have the proper equipment, the video will help me choose the appropriate subs. Else I'll have to do a different 300 routine.
FYI Arnel has pimped out iwantsixpackabs.com, redirecting to his latest commercial venture. Hopefully its only temporary, else I'll need some help getting the rest of the 16week program.

| Success. The swaps I made up aren't exactly good though. I'm sub'd 60 pushups for the bench presses, used the bands for barbell row, deadlift, and military press. For dumbells I used two Cascade dishwasher containers, ~7.5lbs each. Ad'hoc for sure, wasn't the hardest workout, but was good. Afterward I ran hill intervals 12min @ 7mph.
Congratz to the rest of you!

| Yeah Steve it was good. I have to admit the 1 Arm Dumbell Snatch was so mych fun i did it today with a 20kg dumbell, hopefully get more weight on this soon as i think it is one hell of a lift. Oh and i would also like to do it with a Barbell... | |

| Okay Spartans report in!
Success! Body was tired today, think I may be coming down with something. Regardless round four has been dispatched.
I'm curious if everyone else is finding these 300 workouts easier. After week nine and the weighted reverse lunges, I'm sure I went overboard with them, the weighted jump squats felt sissy. Don't get me wrong the entire workout was tiring but not to the same degree as they have been weeks prior.

| You’re on your own there Jamie, it killed me. I am on week 7 though and I’ve been doing a 300 challenge all week with some extra abb work thrown in for good measure. | |

| Week 7 is hard, from there I think the workouts get much more difficult. Week 8 is hard, week 9 is hard. By comparison the 300's begin to feel easy. I mean, it's only 300 reps, compared with 600-1200 in week 9. You know I never really thought about it that way. DAMN that's a lot of resistance reps! | |
