New 16 Week Challenge

Are any of you guys going to enter Arnel's new 16 week challenge? I havn't decided yet

I don't see why anyone shouldn't. Two competitions; twice the chance of winning. I could 'bulk' enter all those who have entered this one into Arnel's as well - as i already have all your information and your before pictures.

Let me know what you think.

Lets hope for Group 3 that www.iwantsixpackabs.com and www.sixpackattackforum.com can work together.

I think it would be useless to join this "second" second challenge, because we already started.

If Arnel is willing to consider the list of people that joined this group that started a week or so earlier than the new challenge and finishes a week earlier also, I think it would also be good.

Anyways... u can always try Sean...and we'll see what will happen

I'm up for it.. But we have to have clear rules though.. as the 2nd group started before the 3rd will, there must be a due-date for after pictures, so people from the 2nd group don't take advantage of the 1 week off..

I agree, Ask Arnel and see what he says, it would be great if we could do both competitions, we will just end Arnels one a week earlier. If he says no, then hey, just carry on with this one.

Yeah... There is no need to quit this to join Arnels.. That would be a set-back..

Count me in if there is enough interest from everyone. On a different subject, how do u load a photo above your name? Can't see were to do it.

Go to your profile and along the top line there will be the selection of; Information - Preferences - Signature - Avatar - Watched Topics.

click on Avatar.

The rest should be straight forward.

Thanks for that Sean, will put up a more personal one when i get some taken.

No problem mate; i think i will add a Sticky Topic on the General Discussion page to how to load Avatars and get Signitures too.

Im not a master using photoshop but if anyone would like me to make a signature/banner let me know.

(Banner is that little bar that always apears under all my messages and links you to my blog)

Thats not a bad idea, if i think of anything i would like i will PM you and if you do have the time it will be greatly appreciated.
