| Whassup guys I will be starting week 4 on monday as you all know the interval training for week (1 to 4) is 3 rounds 3 times which i do on tues, thurs, sat so before i get to week 5 i have a question about the interval training for week 5 and onwards arnel says for week (5 to complete 4 rounds 4 times a week were are ye fitting in the extra routines thanks | |

| You're gonna have to do the extra HIIT session after you resistance training or on your off day, or you could stick with 3 times a week and just up your game (make it more intense) | |

| The way I understand it, you just have to add a set. E.g. Week 1-4: Warm up, 100%, 80%, 100%, 80%, 100%, 80%, cool down Week 5-8: Warm up, 100%, 80%, 100%, 80%, 100%, 80%, 100%, 80% cool down and onwards. That's the way I'm gonna do it, and if don't feel like I'm getting challenged enough, I'm gonna change it to 1 extra day with interval training. Looking forward to hit week 4 with you, Sub.. | |

| I concur with Danny. I read it the same way, an extra round/set not an extra day. That said I do interval training after resistance and days when I don't do resistance. | |

| Sorry to disagree guys, but it says :
Week Five to Eight Complete 4 rounds, 4 xs per week.
The way i see it, you have to do 4 rounds (as Danny says) but ALSO you have to add a new HIIT day with, of course, 4 rounds too.
Of course its just a guideline. Adjust it to whatever you feel is enough for you. | |
