Hi every one.

This wass my morning meal during my sixpack challenge.

Protein shake with at lease 20g of protein,with water.
A glass with 8oz of water with green tea.
Multi vitamin.

Ill be posting all the food that i took in this challenge in my blog.
if you need more tips and information please letme know ill be glad to healp you.

My only concern is, if the meal you posted is to small? - Breakfast is the most important meal you'll get.. Is it really enough to keep you going? Smile

I'm eating 2 eggs (scrambled, no fat, 1 yolk) and 2 ounces of oatmeal with 10 grams of Whey Protein (Strawberry flavour) in it, ½ liter of water, 3 x Flax Seed Oil pills and a multivitamin..

That keeps me going!.. Very Happy

I do 85g oatmeal with 1 scoop protein powder and a piece of fruit, breakfast of champions. Gives me a great kick start to the morning
