Hi I've started on the 16 week workout "I want six pack abs" from arnel.
Only now I found out there's the "tyler" workout.
I have been using weights for anumber of years but I'm now look to loose some weight, i.e. fat loss.
Which workout would is better. I here that Arnell concentrates more on the Tyler workout now rather than the six pack one.
Which would you recommend. I'm look to tone up and loose fat.
