| Like Terrel says " You can do some curls for the girls" lol For bicep curls I like to use dumbbells (2x 22lbs) Sometimes I add a twist to my curl like Arnold for some extra pain. | |

| Hmm, i havent ordered mine yet, but i never heard of Terrel's Bodylastic edition. I guess the extra $40 are absolutly worth to pay, because they add not only 2x30lbs elastics but also an extra pair of handles and ankle straps. I think ill go with this one. Congrats Sub. Im sure getting the bands will instantly double your motivation to keep going  Keep it up! | |
