Yea every week is good, but for me I've found that if I post every 2 weeks I see more results. 20lbs! thats great stuff

hope you building some great muscle with all that fat shredding. For me my results have been on par with what I want to achieve at the end. So it's all good.
Everyone else is doing excellent from what I have seen on their blogs
