I'm gonna do the Spartan training tomorrow if I feel any better.. Good job to those of you who made it through..

Good job to those of you who made it through.. Ah man, i hope you feel better soon mate! Me too.. I hate being sick.. - I'm gonna eat a lot of vitamins today and an orange or 2 to boost the C-vitamin in my body.. - That tends to help when the first 'feeling' of being sick hits you..

| I did it today and yes, it was friggen hard.. 300 reps without any rest - That's hard! I have to ask Arnel, if it's "healthy/recommended" to do the 300 workouts instead of the normal workout, cuz I don't want to screw up the nice rhythm I've had in my workouts so far.. Stay strong, guys! | |

Giving your muscles a shock once a while is a good idea if you want to gain volume. I used to stick to my routine and at a certain point I got stuck on a level for quite a while. Reason: your muscles adapt to strain you put on them and the growing process will slow down. Making your muscles pump battery acid will push them to the next level.

| 2 of 10 Challenges Completed! Man that was an awesome workout, really enjoyed that. Wasn't as tough as last time, must get getting stronger Gotta love a good 300 workout after a day of hard studying. I was able to complete all of the reps in one go except for the Jump Squat with DB's and the shoulder band press. Big improvement from last challenge so im feeling great Live The Dream Steve | |

| Just finished week 7.1 (Spartan 300 #1) and our Challenge (Spartan 300 #2), back to back. I sure am happy #2 focuses more on lower body than upper like #1. I don't think I could do it otherwise, still had to break up pull-ups and Hindus. Probably be sore tomorrow. Gratz to all! | |

I thought it would at least be a day before I began to get sore, but no I'm legs and mid section are seizing as I type. Not sure why my abs are getting sore. I did a 100 count on the Russian Twist but that's because I'm used to it, perhaps not. Oh yeah as a present for completing this challenge, I had pizza with the wife. We got thin'N'crisp crust which I hope lessens the negative effect. I had 5 slices and was craving more. Fortunately none was left.

| I did my routine yesterday (saturday) it was great! I liked it a lot, even tho i couldnt complete all of the 30reps on some of the exercises. I feel great however, as Steve says, its always good to 'catch your body offguard' and hit it with a good 300. Looking foward for tomorrow... week6 | |

| Wow! Im the first to feed back! Killer. Thats what it was. But i loved it. After 20 reps of each exercise i still felt good, the last 10 were tough, especially on the Deadlift and Military Press. How did everyone else do? | |
