Ok guys,

The 'official' 16 weeks are now over! I know that some people have a few weeks remaining so i will keep the window of opportunity open for a bit longer.

I want all entires back to me by the afternoon of the 23rd May; this includes:

- Before pictures
- After pictures
- Small paragraph on your results and how the 16 weeks went

I will announce the winner on June 1st 2008 (sorry for the slight delay, i am on holiday - again - from the 24th to the 31st May)

Thanks guys and a HUGE well done for completing the challenge and taking that step towards a better and healthier life!
