Hi people, is this program mainly for fat/overweight people, or for anyone who wants to get a six pack? Ive recently started with weight training and would say im a tiny bit skinnier than average. Thanks for any advice. Also I know you should eat loads if u want to bulk up if u are a bit skinny but is it okay to still cut out carbs? also would it be bad if I didnt eat all my allotted 2500 calories per day? Im eating about 2000 p-er day. Im 22 yr old male btw. thanks alot!!

Sounds like you have two different goals, getting lots of muscle and cutting until you have a six pack. You need to decide which one is your main goal and concentrate on that. To get a six pack, do the six pack exercises. They'll improve your muscle, but onyl a little, mainly they'll cut your fat until you get a six pack. To build muscle, I'd recommend Arnel's muscle building program, or HST or HIT. And you need to eat a lot if you are serious about gaiing muscle. Not 2000 calories. More along the lines of 3000 to 6000 calories. You'll add fat too, but such is the price of gaining muscle.
