The protein shake that saved my ass!!

Yesterday was my final resistance day of week 4.

so i woke up on friday morning for work and usually i am pretty excited that its my final resistance day and i wake up earlier than usual to do a few ab workouts.

but not yesterday.

the alarm went off i woke.

and i did not move the bitch ass pain from the day before cardio had grip me

i never did the ab workout and when i was in work i was pissed off all day

and then to make matters worse i had to work over time. could this get worse. god damn it.

i finished work in pain and pissed off and had no humor to do my last reistance day off the week.

a few friends called to tempt me to go to the pub.

and i was tempted!!!!!!!!!

but no, no way was i gonna fail i got my ass up and made a whey protein shake i usually just drink the whey by itself but i decided to but some coffee in it

like danny said also i put a 2 raw egg whites and a spoon of honey.

and i completed my final resisatance day and the spartan workout and the temptations stopped god bless the shake!!!! lol
