I did the final workout of week 1 last night. Today is by far the best I've felt the day after. I have one more cardio routine and then it's on to week 2. I'll post my workout and diet results in my blog when I get home tonight. Keep up the good work everyone. Remember, it's not a sprint. You're in this for the long haul. If you slip up, get back on the wagon next meal.
