Hi guys,

I read this awesome article some time ago, which I thought would be usefull to the guys/girls who are trying to follow a diet.

I've only been following the work-out for 1 day, but I'm following Arnels diet. Today I've been eating all of the meals in his 1st example on his website. The thing is that when you are used to eating almost anything, your stomach will practically "scream" for more food during the day, eventhough you have your small meals/snacks. And here is the psychological tip guys:

If you eat off of a small plate, this will psychologically send a signal to your brain, which is: "Wow, that's alot of food" - Your stomach won't be screaming for food (as much as it would normally), but stay calm for a couple of hours. And then, it's actually time for another "scheduled" meal/snack.

Try to have this in mind, when you are preparing your food/snack. Take a small plate, make it look like a whole lot and stay "full" for the whole day, without cheating! Smile

I hope you can use this guys!

Thanks for sharing. Smile

Sadly for me i cannot follow Arnels diet. Because of the amount i workout and swim within a week i need a very high calorie intake, so i will have to stick with the big plates and lots of food! Very Happy

What you said is right though, trick your mind and you will be suprised what you can do!
