| Damn, i havent seen this movie yet but that vid was awesome.
That thing is so true tho, sometime i try it myself, giving my very best. Instead of just doing a certain amound of reps i do as many as i can without counting them. If you have a friend around tell him to cound them for you... you will be amazed...
