| I was looking at Arnels new google group and one of the members was saying that he has not seen much change between weeks 1 and 2 pictures.
My main piece of advise to all those willing to listen; Take pictures at the end of every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks, taking them week after week will be demoralising (if thats how it is spelt) because VERY LITTLE change will happen in just 1 week. Taking them every 2/4 weeks gives time for the body to change.
Also do not forget that it may take anywhere between 3 and 6 weeks to actually notice any change, change is not a immediate thing - it happens over time. DO NOT let this get to you and bring you down just because you do not think you have made progress.
Progress is not only in appearance but in physical ability. In week 1 you may have only been able to do 5 push-ups without stopping, and now in week 3 you are doing 15! (for example) Whether your appearace has changed or not that is an amazing feat and one to be celebrated!
Keep working hard, keep on pushing to the limit, and keep on striving for those perfect 6 pack abs!
Sean

| This is good advise. I don't know about anyone else but my eye can be very cruel to my psyche. It's one of the reason I've resisted taking pictures each week. That and I'm lazy. Instead I record daily my weight and BF with the expectation it will vary and show trends. | |

| Very well said Sean. Totally agree. Physical ability is the way to meassure your progress! Dont go directly to your body because thats not the way this works. If the first day your able to do 3 pushups, try doing 5 next time, then 7, maybe you get to do 10 straight by the end of the week! The way i see it, your body cant go from weak to big strong muscles in 1 step, he begins by making stronger your actual muscles, then when they get the best they can (when you get to do nice reps) and you keep aplying resistance, there's no other options than getting bigger. I hope you guys get the idea | |

| I'm taking pictures every week and I'm happy with the results. I can spot even the smallest changes, so that's excellent for me. It motivates me even more, if I don't have a result one week, cuz I don't want to "lose".. I will prevale! | |
