There is no need to be embarressed, we are all at different abilities and fitness levels but we are all reaching for the same goal. Some people have posted pictures of themselves in their blog because once there is a face to the name there is really no turning back and it makes you work even harder!

Can't believe i just found this site from the main web site, and you are starting the new goup from the 14th which is when i started the 16 week plan my self. I'm only going to post on this forum because I'm not entering Arnel's second competition. We got our own competetion going here and this forum kicks ass, what more do you need!

I can imagine that trying to keep up to date on 3 forums can be difficult, Arnel has so many websites that it's not even funny

He's probably busy with his new site beyondsixpackabs. I think he deserve's the money tho. In the WHOLE WORLD, he's the guy who made me change my mind about working out. Cant thank him enough. (might as well subscribe to his site after im done with this first challenge ... looks like a great source of info )

And yeah Sean, i think this is a great comunity. Im pretty sure ill stick around. Not sure if you noticed that only counting the guys who signed up for the challenge, from 25 people, we have like 17 diferent countries. I personally find that amazing
