| Sup Sub, <- Looks funny.. I started out by eating my raw, but it's like swallowing snot or even worse (don't even think it.. ) Now I simply throw away the yolk and use the whites and fry them on a pan without any oil/butter.. - It tastes excellent, especially if you mix it up with raw broccoli.. | |

| When I eat egg whites, I just boil them for about 15mins, the yoke just pops out when u to remove the yolk. I prefer boiled eggs because that way u get all the egg white and all the protein. I dunno about you guys but when I try remove the yolk when its raw some of the white ends up getting thrown away with the yolk | |

| In Denmark you can actually buy the egg whites only! - It's just way more expensive than buying a normal box with 15 eggs.. | |

| this is a good recipe I just found.
2 egg whites and 1 whole egg. 1 can of tuna or chicken or salmon. 1/2 cup of oats. 1 tbs of flax or olive oil.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. form 1 large or two small patties. fry in a skillet. Eat with mustard. I've only tried it with the tuna, but it's pretty good. | |
