| This looks pretty hardcore: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdsyBrt77dM
Haven't done any pull-ups yet, cos I never had a pull-up bar. Used to do pull-downs (with weights) instead.
Got myself a pullup bar last week though, so now I can finally do the proper workout routine, because the pull-ups actually work out the whole body and not only arms and back!
but until we get to this guy's level, a lot of training will be needed...IF we get there at all! ;-)

| I will TOTALLY agree there. Ross is the man. I have read a couple of his books and seen all his online videos. I will hopefully be buying his latest: Full Throttle Conditioning. Worth every penny spent. | |

| Just bought a powerbar for pull up's best £30 i have spent so far. Its really stable and is easy removable plus can hold up to 25st so my weight is ok (well would be if i could pull up lol) but anyways if anyone is looking for one which isn't always connected to a door frame then heres the link I got it from (next day del) powerbar check out the video too.
Any tips on pull ups as im finding them a nightmare I ended up doing pull downs as I wasnt able to do more than 3 pulls ups.

| I used to find pull-ups quite hard to do, i would also do about 3 before i had to stop. I just persisted with it, did 3, stopped, do another 3, stop, do another 3, stop - and this continued until the set was over. This does work as i found out yesterday i can now do 10 without stopping (going from straight arms, to chin above bar, and back down to having straight arms).
This is a link to Arnel's tips on pull-ups if you find them hard: http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/my_video_tips/pullups_tip.html
This is a link to exercises that you could do instead: http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/my_video_tips/alternative_pullups.html
Hope that helps,

| Screw that...I can't believe that guy feels like clapping...LOL!!!
I've been doing some rock climbing and that is helping my back definition. My back is feeling more powerful and is looking it too.
I hate pullups though. Still hate them.
