It doesnt really matter how you got here. What really matters is the reason why you are here. And i believe that reason is that
YOU WANT TO GET IN SHAPE AND LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFENo, im not a magician or mind reader... i just figured that out because why the f*ck would you be here if that wasnt your main goal? Besides, you wouldnt mind living a healthier life and getting some muscles along the way, would you?
Anyways, i just wanted to let you know that SIXPACKATTACKFORUM is about to get HOT once again. I know we lost a lot of members due to our inactivity period but now that time issues have been resolved, we are working hard to get this site up and running again.
I know that its not a MUST to be part of a workout comunity, all you need is desire to be better, and i know you already have that, but i swear to you that having a group of friends sharing the same goal and pushing each other foward is simply THE BEST WAY to archieve it.
