It doesnt really matter how you got here. What really matters is the reason why you are here. And i believe that reason is that
YOU WANT TO GET IN SHAPE AND LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE

No, im not a magician or mind reader... i just figured that out because why the f*ck would you be here if that wasnt your main goal? Besides, you wouldnt mind living a healthier life and getting some muscles along the way, would you?

Anyways, i just wanted to let you know that SIXPACKATTACKFORUM is about to get HOT once again. I know we lost a lot of members due to our inactivity period but now that time issues have been resolved, we are working hard to get this site up and running again.

I know that its not a MUST to be part of a workout comunity, all you need is desire to be better, and i know you already have that, but i swear to you that having a group of friends sharing the same goal and pushing each other foward is simply THE BEST WAY to archieve it.

So, i would suggest you stick around... who knows... maybe we hit a SIXPACKATTACK - ROUND 3...?

I'm going to start back up in January. I've been doing a little bit of Crossfit over the last several months and seen some great results. I'm going to post my pictures from last Jan to the end of Dec. I've seen some improvement, but there is more to come. I want to get chiseled. I need to fix my diet. I've kind of been half assing the Zone diet, a good book if any of you are inclined to read it, Enter the Zone by Barry Sears. I think if I can kick the alcohol and stick to the zone strictly for 4 mos, I'll achieve my goals.

Hey there Burgs,
i've been wanting to come and check on you guys for a while but school is being a bitch really. Im on finals at the moment but im gonna be done by Dec 13th. After that i've been planing on starting one of Arnel's challenges even tho i havent decided yet. If you feel like it, we could start one of those together. There's nothing like team effort on this baby!
