So my first day went well. I did my first set of excercises with not too much trouble. I found by the end of the second set that i was having trouble completeing the pullups unassisted to i used my foot abit to assist to make it so i could finish them. Ill be doing my interval training tomorrow.

Today was my second day of resistance training, It was the best one yet (out of the two). I decided to use the max tension bodylastic and connected it around my pullup bar and then placed my knee inside the loop to help me do the full reps of the chinups completely. And since I felt i was cheating by doing that when i did the 8 count bodybuilds I did the pushups with them. I also did the plank for a minute on each round.

Nicely done man! It's ok to cheat in order to do the complete reps. Eventually your body will get used to it and you will do it with no problems. I personally believe that its great mentally and phisically that you push yourself a bit more in the other exercises looking for 'compensation'.

Once again, great job. Keep it up! cheers cheers king
