The updates keep on coming! As you may have been able to tell the layout of the forum has changed slightly, introducing some new forums like News, Introductions, as well as FAQs and Suggestions. I am hoping that these will add to the site and improve the service provided.
I hope you like the new layout; and criticisms or further improvements ideas please let me know.

Few more minor updates:
You will now notice that the Forums are broken into categorys; i.e. Diet and Nutrition, Announcements, Other, etc. Under each category there are forums relating to that category. For example, under Diet and Nutrition there is:
-Diet and Nutrition Discussion -Menus and Meal Plans -Diet and Nutrition Links
This breakdown of categories should add to the overall site and to the discussions which take place here.
