| Anybody here using a Swiss ball in their workout routines? I am and I'm loving it! Perfect simple tool for core exercises! Also quite handy when you have problems with the hindu push ups
Here are a few exercises: http://www.askmen.com/sports/fitness_top_ten/36_fitness_list.html
One I would like to ad is this one: place your elbows on a bench and your feet on the ball. You're now facing the floor. Keep your pelvis up and make sure your entire body stays in line. Lock your body in this position and prepare for the burning that will set in after a minute or so. Excellent back/abs combo exercise! | |
