Hey Xavier!

First off - Welcome to the community! You have come to the right place for support and motivation - the memebers here are great and between everyone we know a hell of a lot about fitness so if you have any questions on anything dont hesitate to ask.

Secondly - Work hard and push to the limit! Just to let you know a few of the members are also doing Arnels '300' workouts every 10 days along side the 16 (or 12) week challenge. Today was the first 300 workout we did - let me tell you it is not for the faint hearted! The next one is on the 9th Feb, in the General Discussion Forum there are more details if you are interested!

Keep it real bro!

Sean

Thanks for the welcome, Sean! Cool

After I done the 300 the first time...6 weeks from now...and I can confirm I will survive Laughing ...then I might also join you! Cool

Until then...I'm happy I can do all the necessary reps every training day Cool Cool

Hi Xavier, welcome to the forum. Like Sean said you’re in the right place, the guys on here have really helped me a lot both technically and mentally, and the results do come. If you want some motivation just look at some of the end of week 2 pictures on the blogs, what people have achieved in just to weeks is fantastic. Just put in the work and the results will speak for them selves. cheers

Just do it
Pete.

Sup (again) Xavi,

Welcome aboard. If there is anything I can do in order to help you out, let me know.. As Pete and Sean have already said, people here are fantastic..! - I'm thinking of them every time Ms. Fatigue is whispering in my ear, so of course I tell her to: "Fuck off!" - No one can stop me from getting that 6-pack.. NO ONE!

I hope you feel the same way, champ..

Stay strong - and hit it hard!

Danny

Hey Xavi!

Nicely done bro! Its great to know that your loving it!
That also happened to me on my first week. Day1 for me sucked and i didnt complete most of the reps. By friday that same week i did everything nicely and without feeling extra tired. I think thats a wonderfull feeling.

Get ready for week2 bro, its hell... but you'll LOVE IT!!! Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Lol week 2 was fun. I let one of my college mates do it with me on a friday and blitz through the sets by the end he was screaming I cant feel my legs, now though he's doing the routine at his and as manny and danny say it gets so much easier.

Today for example I couldnt stop doing press ups in the week 4 routine but in week 1 I found them near impossible. Just remember the nutrition is the key ingredient.

Sounds like your doing well though just think week 2 already.

Hi Xavi,
Week 2 is a tough week especially on the legs, but stick with it, and the results will be there at the end. Get some photos done so you can compare them, and SEE affraid the progress.
Keep up the good work we’re all behind you.

Just do it
