Hey, rememeber me??? Laughing Laughing Laughing

As promised...I'm posting some pictures now that I finished 16 weeks challenge!!

Exclamation IMPORTANT: Exclamation
I was unable to do the routine 100% correct, mainly on the HIIT stuff, because it was on the same days as my Futsal practices, and as I practice very lately it was impossible for me to do both things. I'm not also the best example relating to "food issues", because mainly on my weekends I use to eat some junk food and drink alcool with my friends.

After this, I have to say to all the newcomers, that THIS STUFF WORKS!!! Do the routine 100% correct and you will be proudly surprised with your results!!

I'm perfectly aware of that, I'm VERY HAPPY with my results so far, even if I didn't do it correctly! cheers

However, I will not stop here...once you get to this point, you get "addicted" on being STRONGER and HEALTHIER, and at this forum you will find lots of people who can help you, including me, that will try to help all the newcomers in what I can! pirat

Now...the pictures:

Very good progress! Wow. Which program are you planning on doing next?

(I have trouble being strict with the diet too. I just love donuts too much)

Hi David!!

On your "donuts" issue...what I can tell you is that you choose a "donut day"...as I say...there's no good thing on doing exercise...if you start feeling miserable...right??

On the other hand...if you are here...it's because you don't feel good now, right? Rolling Eyes

Be prepared to do some sacrifices, and the results will make you feel proud Cool

So...choose a day where you don't care too much about your diet..I'll say...maybe Saturday...because it's when you use to hang out with you friends..have some drinks and stuff...so..it can be a day to let go your diet a little bit, right?

But on the other 6 days of the week....eat clean and every 2h!!It's a good compromise and will help you a lot on achieving your goal! albino
