Refuel Stop! Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

After a all winter without any illness...the flu attacked me, so I was completely unable to do my 2nd workout of week 6 Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

I'm really pissed off I wasn't unable to train...but...if I'm able to return to it next Friday...I won't stop! Cool

However, if I fail to do it next Friday at "full steam" I will repeat week 6 next week... Mad Mad

Let's so how it goes...for now...VITAMIN C to the attack sunny

STUPID FLU!!! Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

No pictures this week...and no exercises probably also Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

I didn't took pictures this week, because there were 3 big events that made me not to progress this time!

First...I got a flu in the middle of the week, that didn't allowed me to made 2nd day of resistance. On 3rd day i was able to return to it..but not at full steam!
Then...at Friday it was my birthday party...so...not the most healthier time around...and also on Saturday...when I had a party with some freinds I didn't saw in a while.

And today....FLU returned Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

So....I can't be able to start my 300 workout scratch scratch

I'll stop this week, to be fully recovered and then I'll repeat week 6, and, hopefully, don't have any illness again elephant

This can make me pause, but won't make me stop!! Cool Cool

Happy birthday from me as well Xavi, being sick sucks. I was only sick for one day last week, but it really took the wind out of my sails for the rest of the week. Rest up for a while and then you can rejoin the fight. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Well done mate! It is amazing when you compare youself to over a month ago to how stronger you are! The one i always liked was a while back i went from doing Bench press and struggling to lift 50kg and a month later doing 5 sets of 5 reps on 50kg.

change is incredible and there is a lot more to come so keep up the hard work man!

I found week 7 really hard myself, 300 reps with no or little rest is tough going, and I much prefer the super sets. You should take great pride from the fact you are still in this, and doing so well, when so many seem to have given up, or at least given up on posting.

To the end cheers cheers
Pete.
