Hey gang, hope the training is going well, ive been hitting it hard this week. Decided that I'm gonna start my bulking program on Monday 10 March, im pretty damn happy with my results that i have gotten over the past 25 weeks or so! here's my logic, if i wanna look like my visualization pic i gotta bulk up and get some mad definitions before i cut down to reveal the pack again. right now my arms and chest arn't that big so im gonna bulk up to 10%BF just to get a bit bigger then im gonna cut back down and look totally awsome lol

Im still gonna be posting pretty much daily on the forum, to give my five cents worth and let u know how my progress is going!

PEACE
Steve

Whassup Steve hope all is going good man.

Good luck with your bulking up program hope you get visualization goal.

Which mass training program have you decided to use.

If you cant find one that suits your needs i have got a great program in PDF format if it helps.

Either way good luck man!!

The workouts are going good, actually decided to give bulking a break for awhile, i need to do some more research in order to do it. But I started a new program today infact off Arnel's new website, its the 12 week Bowflex body program, looks really excellent so im gonna give that a bash for the next 12 weeks

whats up steve!

hows it going man

I am trying to upload the 12 week bulking up pdf file but i dont know how to it so if you know how i can upload it let me know and i will have it up immediately. its a great program didnt start it yet but it looks good theres hundreds of pages and great info on there. it would be a great idea if we could all as team do a bulking up program when we get or desired body fat % move on to the 2nd level and set up a forum for that too lets us know its just a suggestion.

thanks

Yo Sub,

I can set up an extra page for this, and will do so when i get a chance. I will put it under the Strength and Conditioning Section. Any more ideas just shoot them at me.
