Hey there Danny!

Glad to hear that your cardio was excellent, I love that natural high you get from a great cardio session. I've bin running around 2day doing various things so I'm gonna do my cardio right now in about 15mins so I will let you know how it goes. I have a feeling it's gonna be killer

Enjoy the rest of your day man!

Im just gonna chill to the max tomorrow cuz it's my off day. I'm keen to see that couch you got

Hahaha.. We should have your friends mum giving us an online seminar, lol.. I would love my bargaining skills being that good.. Very Happy - I guess I just think to logical: "If they put a tag on it, which says 200$, then it's 200$. It's not a guideline, lol.."

Ok so I've got a bit of a social event to attend tonight. One of my friends surprise going away party. So there's gonna be a boatload of alcohol and bad food. So I'm gonna make myself accountable by letting you guys know. This way I cannot fail..

Goals for the evening:

1) No alcohol or coke
2) No bad food, only the healthiest options

I will update this post tomorrow morning to let u guys know that I have succeeded in achieving my goal

Have the best day
Steve

Good luck tonight then Steve! Don't forget that it is suprisingly easy to say no to alcohol. I look forward to hearing that you have hit your aims!
