I am still sore from the workout yesterday - can't wait to swim tonight to help loose the ache.

Hey all! Sorry for not being online over the weekend, i have been on the border between Scotland and England since friday with my girlfriend so havn't had internet access. Anyway i am back now and in fighting shape!

No chance to workout over the weekend, and saddened by the fact that i actually didnt complete one week 6 routine last week - although i did the massive gym session, the 300 workout, and hard hours in the pool. Going to be back on track this week with week 7 (the 300 workout week) and damn i am looking forward to it!

I ordered Ross' books, Never Gymless, Infinite Intensity, and Full Throttle Conditioning (inc Dvd) and they arrived this morning. I cannot wait to read through these beasts of books and incorporate his methods into my training. I will also write a review of them on here so you will all know what you are missing! Smile

When i get a chance i will be blog surfing today and checking up on everyones progress. Keep up the hard work guys, nearly half way through this program - and it is worth the blood, sweat, and tears!

Sean

Just for a laugh i thought i would post this picture.

Me in the 50m breaststroke. Excuse the poor quality as it is a picture of a picture. Every time i see this i laugh, what a face i am pulling! lol.

And also for those that noticed, that isn't my hat either. lol. It was a good race.

Night,

Sean
