Good cardio last night, warmed up for quite a while as legs were a bit stiff, useing a cross trainer i got on ebay for £16. Will start running when the weather gets better to mix it up abit.

Hey Pete, if you want a serious cardio workout that works like crazy try hill sprints, you will never touch another treadmill again. I got this sweet interval training mp3 for if you running outside. It's a lady talking and she tells you exactly what to do and when during the run and it also plays awesome tunes. If you want it lemme know and I will post it in the links thread.
