| Yea good music in a cardio session helps alot, I either listen to linkin park, the hives, static x or alien antfarm. Those bands really get me pumped _________________ When the voice and the vision on the inside is more profound, clear and loud than the opinions on the outside, you have mastered your destiny.

i like the a mixture espcially a bit more heavy nearer the end as it helps me push out the last bits. Pete mate good job as they said on a advert for a show which i cant remember when talking about pain "what does not kill you will only make you stronger".

Last night of resistance training last night feeling better as the week goes on, managing to do all the sets ok apart from the pull-ups can only manage half of them but that will come with time. My balance ball came in the post yesterday ready of when it’s needed; my body elastics are on there way from the states and should be here in time. Just do it pete.

Good night of cardio Saturday night, went to a trade show on Sunday for the bike shop in Birmingham, long drive but got some good deals, Top tip of the day don’t open packages with a sharp knife, I did and made a small hole in my balance ball, good job I can mend punctures.

Hi Sean, so far so good the hardest part for me is getting started with them; I try to keep focused on how good I feel when I’ve finished. Looking forward to the end of this week, by then I should see some improvements in the photos, and my overall fitness which will help to keep me going. This forum is also a great help with a great group of people on it. Tops marks for starting it off.

Really good cardio last night, heart rate hitting the 175 bpm mark during the most intense sections of the work out, and down to 130 bpm after 4 minutes of warm down. My resting pulse is 55 bpm this was taken in the morning while still in bed, when your heart rate should be at its lowest, and is an average of three days of measuring it. Just do it Pete

Had trouble with the double crunches one day one, so last night i put 2 pillows under me, one under my lower back and one under my hips, found that it helped with the starting posision, and ment i could really punch them out.

Double crunches, I use padding under my tail bone else I get bruises. My wife laughed when she saw my bruised ass. Friends don't let friends get bruised assed doing double crunches. Keep up the good work!
