Keeping a detailed log at my blog. Rather than duplicate that here go there. You'll find daily measurements in this posting.

Week 7.1. I think this will be the week I break into 12% BF on a consistent basis. At least I hope so because I'm beginning to think I've hit a wall.

Been MIA. Did all the workouts but man was this week stressful. Between putting in over 60hrs, a death in the family, bad news from doctor, and all scheduled plans being rearranged it was amazing that I did get the workouts in. I wasn't able to achieve the 12% BF on a consistent basis this week like I had hoped due to a bit of indulgence. In fact I only hit it once during my morning weighing, evening doesn't count but I'm consistent there. Here's to next week.

Sorry to read about the death in your family, my condolences go out to you and the rest of your family. You have shown great fortitude even contemplating this program at what must have been a very stressful time. Stay strong Pete.

| Hey man, I am really sorry to hear about the death in the family, i hope you and your family are all ok. I am extremely impressed that you still managed to workout through all of that, i supose you are like me in that sense - training can be an escape from reality, somewhere to run when there is no-where to hide. Stay strong mate, you know we will always be here for you. | Last week I said week 7 was the best week ever. This week I say week 8 is the best week ever. Today I did my first week 8 routine and I'm very pleased with the difficulty. Knee lifts and upright row are the only two I'll have to make more challenging everything else is spot on difficult but achievable. |
