You seem to be really attacking this challenge with great passion Jamie, and your blog is by far the best maintained in the forum, it’s a great credit to your drive and commitment. Would be great to see some photo up dates of your progress from the last ones you posted on the 10th of Jan.

Originally I was going have a photo update @ week 8, but I've not been pleased with my results. I'm certain it's my diet, poor sleep habits, and over indulgence in caffeine because I know it's not the work out. I'm very good at kicking my own ass. lol!
