PostSubject: Workout Log: Danny   Sat Jan 05, 2008 5:10 pm

Hey guys,

I will be posting everyday on this blog: http://my6-pack-abs-journey.blogspot.com/

My plan is to post everyday details/updates from my life, workout and cardio. Furthermore I will be posting pictures of my progress every sunday, when I got the time.

I've never been this motivated in my life, I'm determined to do this and if my result is just half as good as Arnels I'll be proud.

Nothing can stop me now - I'm gonna bring that 6-pack back!

I will, Sean.. I just finished my 1 day of working out, and I must say that the plank killed me.

I was only able to do 1 set of each excercise in the last superset. The other 2 supersets I completed with perfection. My goal is that if not on Wednesday, then Friday, I will be able to do the entire workout. IT's all about losing some weight for me in the beginning, so I don't have to carry around all this fat.. Razz

lol, good job man. I remember when i did my week1 back in october or so... it was JUST like you said. First day sucked, then wednesday was better and it might sound weird, but yeah, by friday i was both stronger and more confident, the thing is that i completed the routine nicely Smile

I was going to begin the 14th as Sean indicated, but i will start tonight, so we go through this together cheers

Take care bro,
Manny

Good job! The plank will kill at first as you will be putting a lot of pressure onto your core muscles which you won't be used to - great exercise though; i held it for just short of 2 mins during a training session and wouldn't spot shaking after! Very Happy

If you are interested in loosing fat then really work hard on the cardio - running, rowing, swimming; whatever you choose to do.

That's my plan.. Smile

I think, that I'm gonna run tomorrow, stationary bike on thursday and row on saturday. But I definitely feel my confidence rising already, I'm proud that I finally kicked myself in the ass and started with this.

Still motivated like never before, Danny.

You are right, this 1st day has been tough. I'm going to follow all of Arnels suggestions; nutrition, resistance training and the cardio program.

I'm looking forward to hear about your day, dude.. Keep me posted!

Hey bro! Sorry i leave a comment here and not at your blog. I wanted to leave you a link but comments there wont let me do it.

The thing is that its A LOT better if you post your before picture and your new one. This way we (and you) can really compare details (progress here is all about details). I did it for you. Here's the link:

Danny's week2 Progress

And about your progress... well, i dont really see any.... LOL joking Razz !! You did a great job man!! The abs area looks very strong, even the line between the abs is there, your chest area looks stronger and the most obvius yet important change... THE FAT! If you look the picture i uploaded, notice that before you have all fat here and there and now they are almost gone!
Absolutly great!! cheers Keep it up!
