I had a great workout routine goin for the last couple months. Ive been a swimmer for ages and started doin arnels work outs a few months ago,

Slight Problem, I haven't done anything (other than run) in a month cuz
I HAVE A FREAKIN BROKEN ELBOW!!!

So any idea what i can do in the mean time, i mean i seriously can' t use my left arm and if i mess it up at all any more I won't it'll be screwed for life.

SOO

what can i do in the mean time??? any body got any ideas, I've already lost a bunch of weight, AHH, help me!!

One Handed pullups and pushups should be a killer workout in the meantime Very Happy
