My complete change from early 2007

This is something you all haven't seen. Most of you have just seen my iwantsixpackabs....start to finish.

Early 2007, I peaked at 199lbs. When I started the contest, I was 181lbs. Now, I'm down to 173 range.

Thanks Steve. Still hittin it hard with Arnels workouts. The ones he sends via emails to everyone.

I still have a little way to go.
