Ya'll dead yet? Legs feeling like noodles? How are you all hanging so far?

One day down and it'll only get tougher next week.

I'm feeling great!.. I did my week 3, day 1, workout yesterday, and I must say that it has been the best so far. My arms felt like gelly afterwards. I'm ready to hit the gym for some nice interval training on the sandbag today, I'm gonna kill it! Very Happy

I hope you and the rest of the guys are feeling fit and are hanging in there! - There is only approx. 13 weeks left until we have that lean and mean six-pack.. YES! cheers

My week 3 workout yesterday was all killer, pushed myself to the limit but it felt so great afterwards. One of the best workouts that I've had so far

Like Steve said it's a killer at the time, but the feeling when you've finished is awsome and makes it all worth while, bring on that cardio tonight, affraid

4hrs later I'm still feeling my week 4.2 work out in my legs. Set #4 I really pushed for and hit 70 reps on the ball squats with tension. It took a lot out of me. Wednesday's (4.3) workout I'll bump the tension up again and aim for 70 once more. I'm going to so own ball squats. Twisted Evil

Yeah, week3-day1 really got me because we start to work on specific areas (chest, biceps, back).
Great geat work anyways. Looking foward for today's HIIT (job/sprint for me)
