I george foreman grill sounds sweet to cook on, I've just got this normal griller and it works fine. You can use any grill really. Just have to go easy on the oil and you should be fine.

I like my meat tender, tasty and fast

I try to avoid using oil so i cook about everything without it (it can be done Very Happy ). Rarely i feel like having fried chicken so i use a few drops of olive oil (of course skinless chicken breast). Im gonna start a topic about olive oil so we can decide as a team either to have it or not.
