Preparing chicken breast?

whassup guys

for the last 2 weeks i have been boiling the chicken breast. as i thought it was the best way to prepare it.

But i read in arnels and various other sites that they use the grilled method

anybody know which is better and what you use yourself thanks!!

I myself use a george foreman grill, the boiling sounds good however to me that would still trap alot of fat within the breast and I prefer the grilled taste, I also grill it using a tiny bit of olive oil which is also good for the body so win win (read topic about olive oil).

To be onest I believe which ever way you prefer is the best. For me the quickest and nicest taste is a grill but mmm i do like boiled chicken with onion on brown rice.

I think that Arnel and all of the other guys avoid to boil the chicken, as all of "the good stuff" in the chicken disappears in the boiling process.. - Personally I grill it as Aaron, Steve and alot of the other guys on this forum do..

So grill the chicken and should i use the olive oil yes/no

like manny the sound of oil just seems bad to me

Olive oil has many benifits to the body

this page shows alot I wish I had paid abit more attention to tv the other night they were on about oil and how much the average human is meant to consume.
