| I read somewhere that green tea can actually help you cut up and lose weight.
Anybody know if this statement is true. and if anybody is using it in there diet for the 16 weeks.
Thanks!! | |

| Wassup Sub Zero! I drink green tea everyday, I love the stuff, it is so refreshing. People say it tastes nasty but I don't reckon. It's great for a quick energy boost before a workout. I also read that green tea accelerates fat loss and it's true. If you look at those weight loss supplements you will notice that just about all of them contain green tea extract, it's gotta be in there for a reason.
Plus green tea is way better than coffee and just about does the same job, it's good stuff.

| Green tea has no calories in it at all. I like to have a cup of it (hot) with my breakfast in the morning to start off my day. I also brew up large batches using about 6 bag for 2 litres and the cool it and put it in the fridge. I makes a nice refreshing 0 calorie drink when your getting tired of water. | |

I was once in that position. It turned out I was drinking bad tea. There's no substitute for 'fresh' whole leaf tea. Now I buy my tea from a local tea shop, Floating Leaves Tea. My favorites are Ali Shan High Moutain Oolong and Jasmine Pearls. | |

| Yea green tea is the stuff, I was sick of drinking it hot cuz it's getting quite warm here these days so I just make a large pot with like 5 tea bags then let it cool in the fridge with some ice, add a little lemon juice 2. Tastes flippen great. | |
