PostSubject: Workout and Diet Log: Burgs   Wed Jan 09, 2008 8:22 am

Here is a link to my blog. I tried to start last week but sprained my ankle playing basketball so I'm starting over today. I did post my workout and diet from last week, but will repeat week 1 starting today. I'll repost my spreadsheet every week and new pics every 2 to 4 weeks depending on progress. Thanks for organizing this blog. I think it's great.

PostSubject: End of week 2   Tue Jan 15, 2008 8:02 am

I did the final workout of week 1 last night. Today is by far the best I've felt the day after. I have one more cardio routine and then it's on to week 2. I'll post my workout and diet results in my blog when I get home tonight. Keep up the good work everyone. Remember, it's not a sprint. You're in this for the long haul. If you slip up, get back on the wagon next meal.

Pain is temporary, Pride is forever.

I updated my blog with my diet and excercise results from week 1. Take a look, it's not perfect, but still better than my typical diet.

I should have done my first week 2 workout last night and got overcome by the couch. I did cardio in the morning, so that's good. I'll get back on track tonight with the workout.

Keep up the good work everyone. "Pain is weakness leaving the body." I like that quote.

That's a sweet quote right there
