Aahhh so you are a 'skinny bastard' i know the program for you, will require you to do a little bit of research but i have heard incrediable things about it.

Its called the West Side for Skinny Bastards designed by Joe Defranco, its a tough workout but it pays off and gives good gains.
The main other thing, if you want to build muscle - especially if you are thin - is to eat BIG.
