heres my update i wasnt gonna update till end of week 9 but after reading the united blog update i decided to go ahead and post so heres week 8.3 instead.

i listened to your advice manny and steve about focusing on the abs area.

Absolutly, great job! Keep it up man your doing great.

Everybody is different so we need to train harder diferent parts of our bodies. For me its my left arm and my chest. Im trying my best to work harder on those to get them even with the rest of my body. I suggest you work harder on your abs, im sure you already are, but im just saying that you should try to focus on that area because me, for one, think you got the rest of the game going just fine bro!

Yea i agree, abs are the focus of the game here! But you gotta remember isolation training isn't half as effective as working the entire body. You really only have to train abs like once or twice a week, i like to have a little ab session at the end of my HIIT training. Focus on intense full body workouts and your abs will be poppin!

Its really hard to give an estimate on body fat percentage, the best idea is to go out and buy a cheapo set of scales that measure BF%. even if you know the results it gives are a load of rubbish at least you can monitor progress using it.

Nicely done bro! Look at the belly area, you have lost LOTS of fat around there, and the abs are really pushing their way thro! Keep it up! your doing awesome!
