Great work on week 4 danny i can see you have been hitting the cardio hard your abdominal has gone way down since week one and there is more definition on your sides good job

your shoulders are looking bigger also good job man!!

Thanks Sub and Steve.. I agree with you that my BF has dropped and I'm hitting every HIIT hard - I really want all of my excessive fat to get removed!

Do any of you guys have a seperate ab-program which you follow?

I do one of Arnel's ab routines from his website once or twice a week after my HIIT for about 10-15 mins. It's proven to be successful so I stick with it.

I was just wondering if that was "allowed"? - He says that all HIIT should be performed after any resistance training and/or weight lifting routine.. I would say that working your abdominal area is in some form resistance training.. So shouldn't this be performed before the HIIT then?.. Neutral

Great progress bro, you keep surprising me.

About the abs routine well, i do 1 of 'arnel's abs routine' after my weightlifting 3 times a week, but i guess you should be fine doing it after your HIIT.
