| I'm sure you have all heard that you need to set goals in order to achieve your own fitness success. Thats all good and all but the problem is that most people don't know how to set goals properly, they kinda set very fague goals like " I'm fat and I need to lose a few pounds". By doing that you are instantly setting yourself up for failure because it doesn't have the true WHY? behind why you want to lose those pounds. So I found this great video yesterday and it is by one of my mentors, Dax Moy. He has tought me alot about goal setting and achieving overall success, it's definately worth taking the time to read up about him and what he has achieved. In this video he will tell you exactly how to set goals that you will actually achieve for once. | Don't forget about setting goals guys! This is just a friendly reminder... if you havn't set your goals...stop reading and do it now. You will be surprised at how much you achieve if you just write down what you want and read it as many times a day as you possibly can. All that we are is the result of our thoughts Steve
