Hey kaiser_ryu,

For me a warm up generally consists of skipping with my speed rope, followed by some jumping jacks and arm swings. Just stuff to get my heart rate up and body warm. Normally i do not stretch before i workout but try to after the session.

On major thing to remember is not to neglect the warm up, if you do not warm up properly then you have a much bigger chance of injuring yourself.

Keep working hard mate,

Sean

Yea for my warm up I just do a variation of jumping jacks, high knee drills, rope skips and burpees. Normally do this for about 5mins before every workot, works like a charm!
