PostSubject: my workout routine   Mon Mar 17, 2008 4:26 pm

i recently came up with a workout routine and was wondering if you guys could help me out and tell me if this is ok or something could be changed. i want to worout every part of my body and this is what ive come up with..

monday- focus on chest bicep and forearm
tuesday- shoulders neck and triceps
thursday- back
friday- same as monday
saturday- same as tuesday.

and work abs everyday, same with interval training

i then realized that legs are important after sean had told me, so im kind of confused as to what to do. can you give me some advice on how to sort my routine out.

thanks

It looks like you are looking for a bodybuilding type of routine.

http://www.leehayward.com/workout_programs/index.htm

The link above will take you to a bodybuilding type of routine, i am not saying you must use this program, but have a look at how the days are split between upper and lower body, also the rest times and the types of exercises too.

You should easily be able to fit lower body work into your workout.

Good luck, and if you need more help please ask.

Sean
