Morning all, i found a table provided by the American Council on Exercise on bodyfat percentage.

| Essential Fat | 10 - 12% | 2 - 4% |
| Athletes | 14 - 20% | 6 - 13% |
| High Fitness | 21 - 24% | 14 - 17% |
| Acceptable | 25 - 31% | 18 - 25% |
| Obese | above 32% | above 25% |
Whether these figures are right or not the difference between a man and a woman is quite amazing, especially under Essential Fat. Here is a thought. If you need 9% BF to see the abs, then how many woman (mainly models and athletes) could be classed as too thin? hmmm.
