As far as i am aware no winner has yet been selected from the original group. When the Winner has been announced by Arnel the name will be posted here with before and after pics as well.

Douglas, although not ripped, has made such an improvement compared to 16 weeks ago. It just shows what can be done when you stick to it. He will definatly have my vote!
