Hows it going shredders!

I've noticed over the last couple of weeks that fewer and fewer of you are posting and updating on the forum, not sure why. Even if you are working out all day you should still find atleast 5mins to visit the forum each day. After all this is a team effort, together we can achieve anything, alone we are weak and give into temptation Exclamation

So why not commit right now to updating your blog either on Sunday or on Monday. If you don't have a blog you can just post your pics on this page. Seeing all that progress from everyone will be greatly inspiring Very Happy

If you're in Say "I" ...then add your name to the list:

I posted the very same comment on my work out log last week Steve! Count me in on your list, I only tend to use my blog for my photos every 2 weeks but I try and post in my work out log every week day, and read and comment on other peoples posts when I have time. As you rightly say there is strength in a team, and not wanting to let myself or the team down helps me stay focused and posting and reading post on this site strengthens my efforts. I hope other people read what you have posted and it helps them to get back there enthusiasm, it will be so worth it in the end.

just do it
Pete.

Count me in steve im still here!!

i didnt miss a workout yet week 8 half way and ready to complete this bitch

im gonna keep updates from now on.

you are absolutley right steve this forum was popping in january new members everyday and everybody was amped the desire to complete this and get your very own six pack abs was amazing and now the energy in my eyes has clearly died down drastically and on behalf of myself i am sorry for the lack of updates.

when u said this is a team effort it reached out to me cause just because u are doing the training solo some people might forget that this is in fact a team effort we started together and hopefully we will finish this together

so come on guys lets get our shit together and do this

(TEAM SIX PACK ABS ASSEMBLE) lol anchorman reference

true thing there Sub, it also reached me when i read Steve's message about this being a TEAM EFFORT.

I feel bad because i sort of let you guys down but then again, there was no much i could do, i was litterally on low-battery cuz of the illness. But im glad you guys are sticking to this! It's an unbelieveable feeling when, after falling, you get back up and find that your team is still there working their way thro... its really something.

I believe this is the moment where loosers quit and winners continues... are you a winner...? SAY "I"!!! (...or post it lol, we cant hear you...)

PD. Thanks Sean, i've been trying to reach you @ msn, but i guess i've had bad timming. See ya around bro.

Excellent stuff guys, the team is slowly coming back together Very Happy Damn right this is a team effort, we all gotta aim for the sixer together. Hopefully this forum will be as active as it was in January. I've noticed with these 16 week challenges, everybody is so enthusiastic and keen in the beginning. Bit when they find out that there is a little hard work involved they quit scratch

Like in the last challenge, the majority of the guys dropped out and there was only a handful of us left. Hope that is not going to happen with this group.

40 members started, now 40 members must finish together cheers cheers cheers

Lets do this folks
Steve

Yeah not been on a lot recently, after being away all weekend and obviously training myself and now a few others as well i have had little time to myself. Thankfully i am finding time again so i will end up online tonight before my 2 hour swim.

Steve, sadly that is the way it goes. It is the society that we live in, people do not want to work for anything - they will choose the path of least resistance. This is why the fitenss industry is a multi billion doller industry, they provide an easy alternative that they promise will work, what everyone fails to realise is that you cannot get fit and you cannot get healthy without pain, without sacrifice, and without HARD WORK .

The moral of that small rant is this. If you want to improve you fitness and you health get your arse out of your comfort zone and do it. It will not happen any other way. It will be hard to do but push through it and it will all be worth it in the end.

Couldn't have said it any better. Now...LETS DO THIS!
