Hey all, i am thinking of upgrading my Home Gym, replacing old equipment and buying some new stuff too.
At the moment i have:
- York Bench
- York Bar and Weights (going to about 60kg)
- Concept II Rower
- Treadmill
- Fit Ball
- Bodylastics Bands (Blue, Red, Green, Yellow)
- Pull up Bar
- Ab Wheel
I am thinking of replacing my Bench with this:

I am also going ot be getting some new weights and making the old ones obsolete.

I will also be looking at getting a Ab Board - I have used one of these in the gym before and they work your abs really well. not only can you do normal sit up, crunches, or russian twists but you can also add a med ball to the equasion to really work you hard!

This is one which will turn the neighbours heads. A 16lb Sledgehammer. Full upper body conditioning but also for smashing the hell of of a tractor tire.

People will start to worry about me!
From the above - i will need a tractor tire, for use with sledgehammer, tire flips, and tire dragging (so i will need a harness too - that will kill the legs!)
So thats what i plan on buying over the next year. Anyone think of anything else i could use? or anything i may have missed?
